Boss Market Privacy Policy

We collect information you provide when you create or complete an account, including your email address, username, mobile number, selected Bigg Boss edition and any optional profile details you choose to add.

We store activity needed to run the service, including predictions, game actions, credit ledger entries, community posts and reactions, referrals, reports and moderation records. We may also collect basic device, browser, IP-address, security and error information to prevent abuse and keep Boss Market reliable.

If you choose Google sign-in, Google provides your email address, Google account ID and basic profile information, such as your name and profile image, after you approve access. Boss Market uses this information only to authenticate you, create or match your account, display your chosen profile details and protect your account. We do not request access to Gmail, Google Drive, contacts or other sensitive Google services.

Boss Market's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. We do not use Google account data for advertising, sell it or allow humans to read it except when necessary for security, support, legal compliance or with your permission.

We use information to create and secure accounts, operate predictions and games, calculate credits and leaderboards, personalise editions, send requested account emails, prevent fraud and abuse, enforce community rules, resolve disputes, provide support and improve Boss Market.

We do not sell or rent personal information. We share it only with providers that operate Boss Market on our behalf, including Lovable Cloud/Supabase for authentication and database services and the providers used for hosting and account email delivery. These providers may process information only as needed to provide their services. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect users and Boss Market, or during a business transfer subject to appropriate safeguards.

Optional Google Analytics runs only after you select “Allow analytics.” It receives page-view and aggregate interaction data, not names, email addresses, phone numbers, private codes, form-entered content or individual prediction choices. You can withdraw consent from Analytics settings under More.

Account and activity information is stored with our service providers using access controls and encryption in transit. No online service can guarantee absolute security. We retain account information while your account is active and retain ledger, moderation and security records as reasonably needed for contest integrity, fraud prevention, legal compliance and dispute resolution.

You may ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information by emailing hello@bbodds.in from the address linked to your account. We aim to complete verified requests within 30 days. Some records may be retained when legally required or necessary to protect platform and contest integrity, and encrypted backups may remain for a limited recovery period. You can also stop future Google access from your Google Account's third-party connections page.

Boss Market is not intended for children below the minimum age required in their location. We may update this policy as the service changes and will publish the current version and effective date here. Material changes will be communicated in the app when appropriate.
